Returns & Refunds

No Returns

All sales are final, so we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please check the product details and contents before you order. If you're unsure about anything, write to us at team.habitopia@gmail.com, and we'll gladly help you choose.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We pack every order with care. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, we will fix it.

Contact us within 3 days of delivery at team.habitopia@gmail.com or by phone/WhatsApp, Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm.

Send us your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. An unboxing video also helps.

We'll review it and, once approved, send a replacement at no extra cost to you, including shipping.

If the same item is out of stock, we'll offer an alternative product or a credit note for the same value.

What Isn't Covered

Items that have been used, opened (printables, sticker sheets), or damaged after delivery

Issues reported after 3 days of delivery

Minor colour differences between the screen and the actual product

How Your Order Reaches You

Habitopia ships within India only and uses reputable courier companies.

You can reach our customer support team at team.habitopia@gmail.com or call +91 9910810085 between Monday-Saturday, 10 am- 6 pm in case of any queries.

You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We deliver to most parts of India within 3-7 days. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order arrives on time, Habitopia cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays, or situations beyond our control.
